I am a Christian. Christ found me in a gym, while I thought I was building discipline for myself, he was correcting my heart and soul, building my body and creating a warrior in his name. When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else, this takes years to over come. When working with my clients, I make sure to build them from the ground up. Step by Step I will teach, train and help you grow closer to your goals and Jesus Christ. We are call to be an able body (1 Cor 6 19:20) and to be a Disciple. Philippians 4:13 has already given you the strength now let us use it for His will.
